"CHEF KIRK IS AMAZING! For Christmas our son and daughter-in-law gave us a gift certificate for a private home chef experience. Chef Kirk called us 4 days before our scheduled evening to ask us our food preferences and/or food allergies. The evening of, Chef arrived on time with everything he needed to prepare a 6 course gourmet meal. The only things we needed to provide were flatware and plates. He gave us the option of sitting at our kitchen peninsula or in our dining room. We chose the interactive experience without a second thought. We watched Chef prepare a starter of crab cakes with capers, roasted garlic, lemon and fresh herbs served with cranberry walnut bread. The next course was a salad with roasted pear and pomegranate. Then we had seared sea scallops. Keep in mind that we have not gotten to the entree yet. The main course was blackened salmon with plantains and crispy kale. Dessert was a chocolate mousse with vanilla panna cotta and mango gelato. The transitions between courses were seamless. THIS WAS A 5 STAR MEAL!" - Nancy C. 2017

Chef Kirk was in my home , fresh groceries in hand and serving an assortment of appetizers 2 hours later. "Kirk is an AMAZING Chef and wonderful to work with. He has delivered weekly meals to us, as we are without a kitchen right now. My 10 year old has already asked if we could keep him even after the kitchen is done. We definitely will. I cannot say enough about his creative, delicious dishes. He also communicates weekly about the menu (and is open to modifications, if necessary) and is prompt with his deliveries. He prepares food to our diet (gluten free) and the fact that we want all of our foods organic, free range, etc. I look forward to continuing to work with Kirk for a long, long time.
